6. the small print
Before you book you might want to know what happens if you have to cancel, if you miss a payment deadline or if you need to make a change or substitution to a booking. Well, luckily for you, all the answers are on this page, so have a gander and if you have any questions then get in touch!
payment discounts and deadlines...
There are no discounts for groups or individuals except for the early payment options. To qualify for these you need to pay your full fees (not just deposits) by the payment deadlines.
Paid in full before 29/01/2010 then the price is £75
Paid in full before 30/04/2010 then the price is £84
Thereafter £95...
please don't miss the deadlines...
Any bookings we receive in the on the 1st February or 1st May will be subject to the higher rates of £84 or £95 respectively. We understand that it is hard for large groups to gather all information and funds, but these rules remain. Please note a deposit only secures a place, not a reduced fee. To get the reduced fee you must pay in full before the discount deadline.
deposits...
A non-refundable deposit of £15 per person can be paid to secure a place. To qualify for a reduced fee you must pay in full before the discount deadline (not just pay a deposit). Deposits only reserve a place and full fees need to be paid to ensure you will receive an event pass.
All outstanding fees must be paid by 1st July, after which only full fees will be accepted.
refunds...
In the unlikely event that you find you have been charged more than you've authorised on your credit or debit card, then we will of course refund you. To do so, we will need to have a photocopy of your bank statement with the relevant charges highlighted. If you wish to cancel a booking you will lose any deposit you have paid (more below).
cancellations...
In the unfortunate event of you having to cancel the following procedure applies.
You can make cancellations online or in writing.
Soul Survivor will retain a deposit of £15 per fee-paying person to cover administration costs for anyone who wishes to cancel.
Please note that unfortunately cancellations made after 1 July 2010 will forfeit all fees.
substitutions...
A better option than canceling is substituting a place. If you have paid for a place and want someone else to take it, you can make this change by logging in to our online system.
Alternatively
we will require notice of any substitutions in writing (an email is fine) but please try and sort this out with us before turning up to site. We cannot allow anyone to come on site using another person's registration documents.
getting a place
As our sites have a maximum capacity we are legally bound to close the doors to bookings should we reach that capacity. We recommend, therefore, booking in advance to avoid disappointment. We are more than happy to relocate your group to another week should you want to make additional bookings but find the week of your choice full, subject to availability.
insurance
Soul Survivor does not operate a holiday insurance or cancellation scheme. If you require this cover, you will need to obtain your own insurance.
